What to Expect Prior to Your Appointment 

Existing Clients only. Accepting new clients on a limited basis

Massage Therapy

New massage clients are asked to fill out a client intake form and sign via email on the form or in person at time of the appointment.. 

The form will be shared only with your therapist.  A consultation via phone or email will be conducted to ensure that you are a good candidate for our services. Your therapist will also conduct a pre-treatment interview to discuss your concerns and preferences and ask about any allergies or sensitivities to scents and to discuss potential contraindications to massage.

Once the appointment time and date is scheduled an email confirming the appointment will be sent to your email address provided.

Please have a designated space for therapist to park and inform us of any stairs or building codes prior to arrival.

We would advise having a hot shower or bath before your massage therapist arrives. This can help you to relax your muscles before treatment begins.

Your therapist will arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time, to set up table, music and oils.  Therapist will need a quiet space at least 5 x 8 ft to move around the table, preferably close to electrical outlet for a heated table warmer and towels. 

Please provide internet Wi-fi access for music or let us know if you will be using your own music source.

 Your treatment is already paid for via credit card, as this helps to create a seamless process after your massage so that you can remain in a relaxed state.

Park City Healers bookings is by appointment only, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy.

We ask that all appointments be paid for in advance through our website to provide a secure, and seamless payment process. Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a 7 day advane notice. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 435.214.6958 Or email parkcityhealers@gmail.com.

However 50% of payment is non refundable as our therapist’s time is being reserved just for you. 100% of the booking amount is non refundable within the 7 day window.

If the therapist/healer must wait for you to start it will shorten your session time.  If they need to wait for more than 20 minutes an additional charge may incur or the treatment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. A travel fee may be added should the therapist need to return on a different day or time. 

Workplace Wellness and Events

Please have a designated parking space for unloading and loading of therapist’s equipment.

A contact person is required with their cell phone. All payment for events are due prior to arrival of event date. 

Therapists are to be given adequate time in between each client to clean and sanitize table, chair and hands.

Time extension must be approved verbally by Park City Healers and charged at the hourly rate agreed upon.  

Workplace Wellness Events are non refundable once the date is booked. Typically 2 months in advance. 

Sound Healing Experience + Meditation

Please have a quiet space with no distractions.

Sound Healing Experience are non refundable once the date is booked. Our events are booked well in advance and reserved exclusively for you.
